So, to be more clearly: any member of the XEvolution Community who wishes to post a topic, a reply or a poll into the Forum (excepting the Oracle Board, ruled by other conditions mentioned therein), must have been passed the
First PSI XEvolution Test ... sort of a double check registration...
Why this little requirement ?... If you are still asking this question, after you have already read the above arguments, it means either you may have a spammer seed inside, either a bot brain, and you don't need to even try taking the mentioned test...
